Thoughts rise like waves. Emotions pass like weather. But the choice to hold them, feed them, or release them is mine. No one else lives inside my mind. No one else breathes through my heart.
When I blame the world, I give my power away.
When I take responsibility, I return to myself.
Spiritual growth is not about escaping life. It is about owning it fully. Watching the mind. Witnessing emotions without becoming them. Choosing awareness over reaction.
Life will test me. People will trigger me. Situations will shake me. But what I carry within — that is my karma, my creation.
The moment I accept this truth, something softens.
There is no anger left to project.
No fear left to hide behind.
Only clarity.
Only presence.
The power of now.
The power of now.
Responsibility is not a burden. It is liberation.
Because when I own my inner world, I am no longer at war with the outer one.
And in that silence, I find peace.
