You are probably just one decision away from an entirely new life.
Not fifty.
Not a hundred.
Just one.
One decision to leave.
One decision to begin.
One decision to say no.
One decision to say yes.
One decision to forgive.
One decision to stop making excuses.
One decision to finally do what you have been thinking about for years.
And here is the most interesting part...
You probably already know what that decision is.
You don't need another motivational video.
You don't need another book.
You don't need another sign from the universe.
You may already know.
You know the conversation you need to have.
You know the habit you need to quit.
You know the work you need to start.
You know the person you need to let go of.
You know the risk you need to take.
You know the dream you keep postponing.
But knowing is not the same as deciding.
And deciding is not the same as doing.
That tiny gap between “I know” and “I will” can sometimes contain years of your life.
We often imagine that changing our lives requires a hundred complicated steps.
Sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes your entire life changes because you finally make one uncompromising decision.
Of course, one decision doesn't magically solve everything.
It changes your direction.
Then your actions change.
Your actions change your habits.
Your habits change your life.
So don't underestimate the power of a decision.
A decision is a doorway.
You don't have to see the entire road before you walk through it.
You just have to be honest enough to open the door.
Maybe your new life isn't waiting for some distant future.
Maybe it is waiting for one decision you already know you need to make.
Think about it.
What is yours?
