Forget, for a moment, what Paulo Coelho, Robin Sharma, Dan Brown, Jeffrey Archer, or J.K. Rowling actually write.
Look at the freedom they have created through writing.
The creative independence.
The ability to choose what to think, what to create, and when to create it.
The freedom to live life on their own terms.
Just imagine that lifestyle.
Compared to that freedom, what are the manipulations, power games, and mafia mentalities of cinema, politics, and social media really worth?
Maybe that’s why, these days, my heart seems to be quietly returning to my first love—writing.
Perhaps some loves never really leave us.
They simply wait for us to come back.
