The Gap Between Noise and Impact

Everyone talks. Few are heard.

Communication is easy—it’s just words moving from one mouth to another ear.
Connection is rare—it’s when something lands, when a thought becomes a feeling.

You don’t connect by saying more.
You connect by seeing more understanding the person in front of you.

People don’t remember your words.
They remember how you made them feel in the silence between them.

Speak to impress, and you’ll be forgotten.
Speak to connect, and you’ll be remembered.

Next time you speak, ask yourself—am I talking, or am I truly connecting?
